Hyderabad, Sept.10 (Hydnow): Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has welcomed the Telangana State budget and described it as very industry friendly.
Decision to clear the pending bills by the government and dues of all the departments with adequate allocations will bring a much needed relief to the industry and help the growth rate. Decision to continue the major irrigation projects will work as a stimulus for the local industry in infrastructure sector amidst the current economic scenario, the CII said.
Welfare schemes like Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bheema will help agriculture sector a lot in the current drought and delayed monsoon scenario, it said. “Overall, the budget will be a thrust to MSME, agriculture and Infra sector which are a key contributors for a growth economy”, CII Telangana Chairman D Raju has stated.
