KTR: BJP Promise To Make BC Candidates CM Of TelanganaKTR: BJP Promise To Make BC Candidates CM Of Telangana

Hyderabad, Oct.7 (Hydnow): TRS working president KT Rama Rao alleged that the BJP government at the Centre was misusing the investigation agencies against the State governments led by the opposition parties and his party was ready to face any eventuality.

In an informal interaction with the media persons on Friday, Rama Rao said that there was a vacuum in national politics and that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) led by K Chandrasekhar Rao would fill the gap in the days to come.

Stating that the BRS was launched aimed at winning more Lok Sabha seats in the 2024 general elections, KTR exuded confidence that the BRS would emerge as the national party soon and said that the Telangana model of development would be implemented across the country.

Terming the Gujarat model of development as fake, IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao said that even though the BJP was considered a national party, in fact, it was being run by two Gujaratis and it was noway being represented for the interests of the nation.

He also hinted that two Congress MPs in Telangana will quit the party soon, mostly before Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s “Bharat Jodo Yatra” enters the State. However, he did not elaborate on which party they would join, but stated that people would soon find out who these MPs were and their political future.

“I have credible information with regard to the Congress MPs shifting their loyalties,” KTR disclosed.

Reacting to the Bharat Jodo Yatra of Rahul Gandhi, KTR welcomed the former to tour the State for as many days as possible. He stated that Rahul Gandhi will witness the real development in Telangana during his tour.

Instead of ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, Rahul Gandhi should take up the ‘Congress Jodo’ exercise before it is too late. There is no guarantee that the Congress can survive after the 2024 elections,” he added. (Hydnow)
