Annamayya: Mudivedu police on Wednesday registered a case against TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and others in connection with the violent incidents in Angallu, near here, during Naidu’s recent visit to projects in Annamayya district.
Following a complaint filed by BR Umapathi, a resident of Danamvaripalle in Mudivedu police station against Naidu and others who are TDP leaders accompanying Naidu, police registered the case, Crime no. 79/2023, on charges of inciting their party activists to indulge in violence, under various sections.
The list of people against whom the police registered the case includes Nara Chandrababu Naidu A1, former ministers Devineni Uma, N Amarnath Reddy, Rambhupal Reddy, Shajahan Basha, Dommalapati Ramesh, Nallari Kishore Kumar Reddy, Ghanta Narahari, Sriram Chinababu (Telugu Yuvatha state president), Sridhar Varma, R Srinivas Reddy, Pulivarthy Nani, M Ramprasad Reddy, Palan Khader Khan, YG Ramana, YG Narendra, Rachakonda Madhubabu, Farvin Taj and Yelagiri Doraseamy Naidu, A2 to A19) respectively and others.
