Hyderabad, Oct.6 (Hydnow): Telangana state today announced Eamcet-2020 results in which boys clinched top five ranks as the 75.29 percent students passed.
As per chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao instructions the officials conducted the exams online for the EAMCET amid Corona pandemic in Telangana.
Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy disclosed the results in a media conference along with officials at JNTU here. The minister stated that this time the boys surpassed the girls by clinching top five ranks in the EAMCET 2020.
Sabitha Indra Reddy said that 89,734 students qualified in the, examinations. The students took the EAMCET exams in 102 centers in Telangana and 79 centers in Andhra Pradesh. The minister informed that out of 143326 students applied 119183 students appeared for the same.
The minister said that the students have done well and can now excel in their studies. She extended greetings to the students for their performance in the exams. Sabitha Indra Reddy has advised the students to pursue their chosen courses in their colleges and excel.
The state government has conducted the EAMCET exams in a planned manner and enable the, students to attend despite coming late due to Corona pandemic.
Telangana Collegiate Education Commissioner Navin Mittal has said that worldpeace@2020 is the pass word for the Eamcet-2020 results to be seen in the websites for colleges. He said that the students can get their results, and memos as per latest technological arrangements.
