Vijayawada, July 22 (Hydnow): Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan has expressed profound grief and sadness over the demise of Smt. Ghantasala Sitamahalakshmi, daughter of late Pingali Venkaiah, the designer of Indian National flag and a great freedom fighter.
