Hyderabad, June 25 (Hydnow): BJP State President Bandi Sanjay Kumar said State Cabinet Ministers had turned into effigies in Telangana. He mocked that the ministers were moving the effigies whenever there were birds around. He made these remarks during his visit of Vemulawada town as part of Harithaharam program. He laid foundation stone for the construction of CC roads in 16 and 26 wards of the municipality and planted saplings later along with the party leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, he came down heavily on the rule of TRS party rule in the State. Commenting on the corona virus, he alleged that there was no link between the figures quoted by the state officials in their daily health bulletins and the figures quoted by the district level officials about the number of corona virus cases being reported from the state. He claimed that there was huge disparity in the number of positive cases. He alleged that the ministers were targeting them instead of replying the questions raised by them. He said that the state government had also not conducted the Covid 19 tests properly and added that the BJP ruled states like UP and Karnataka had performed 5 lakh tests so far and Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh has performed 3 lakh tests so far. Referring to the ₹20 lakh economic stimulation package, he said that the CM KCR was also criticising it as well.
He demanded the government to bring the corona disease into purview of Aarogyasri scheme. Commenting on the ongoing survey for Manoharabad- kothapally railway line, Sanjay alleged that the officials were carrying out the survey in a different Line instead of the proposed line. (Hydnow)
