Hyderabad, Sept 27 (Hydnow): Asaduddin Owaisi, Hyderabad MP has been elected unopposed as the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President for a fourth consecutive term on Wednesday.
election Officer and MLA Yakutpura Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri said that no other candidate has applied for the presidential nomination. The only nomination received is from the MP Asaduddin Owaisi who is also the most popular politician in the country and four-time Member of Parliament who represents the Hyderabad Parliamentary Constituency in Lok Sabha. He has been the President of AIMIM since 2008 (Hydnow)
