Hyderabad, June 24 (Hydnow): This case occurred near Mahmood Dairy Farm, Kalapathar, which was reported on 19.06.2024 at 0530 hrs by the complainant Mohd Pasha, S/o. Chand pasha, Age:30yrs, Occ: Salt business, R/o. Khaja Hotel, Kalapathar, Hyderabad, wherein the accused persons A1 Ashwaq @ Chota Ashwaq, A2 Jaffar, A3 Hussain, A4 Faizal, A5 Kashif, A6 Afroz, A7 Mubeen A8 Younus (Rowdy sheeter of Shahalibanda PS) A9 Seetapawan, A10 Md Hyder, A11 MD Sajad, A12 Idris, A13 Syed Imran, have wrongfully restrained the victim, Mohammed Pasha who was coming on his Activa vehicle and attacked him with hands, sticks to kill him and causing injuries including dislocation of shoulder, damaged his Activa vehicle and felted stones on victim’s brother Rukmuddins house and damaged glasses.
On 18/19-06-2024 intervening night after murdering Fatima Hospital Lane, the accused persons Asad, Hussain Pasha @ Ashu, and Subhan went on a bike to the house/ Pan Shop of Ashwaq @ Chota Ashwaq & Jaffar house which is located at Mohd Dairy Farm, and threatened them by showing knifes Suspecting that Ashwaq @ Chota Ashwaq & Jaffar passing information about him (Asad) indirectly to Ashwak who is a rowdy sheeter of Kalapathar PS and rivalry of Asad. The accused assaulted Mohd Pasha (elder brother of Hussain Pasha @ Ashu) , attempted to murder with sticks, hands and also damaged his Active vehicle.
Under the supervision of Shaik Jahangir Addl. Dy Commissioner of Police, South Zone and B. Yadagiri Swamy Asst. Commissioner of Police Falaknuma, Division, the Police Consisting of R. Gopi Inspector of Police, PS Kalapathar, Sri. Shaik Saleem SI of Police Kalpathar with the Assistance of HC-8562 Gulam Mustafa, HC-9213 Sri. Bala Datagiri, PC-5562 Muralidhar, PC-3529 Shaik Azher Ahmed, PC-3653 Sri. K. Sriman Narayana apprehended the accused persons the same was applauded by the Sneha Mehra, Dy.
