Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 3 (Hydnow): Union Home Minister Amit Shah strongly reacted to the comments made by the DMK Chief and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin’s son and Minister for Youth Welfare Udayanidhi Stalin who made sensational comments that Sanatana Dharma (Hindu Dharma) should be eradicated.
It may be recalled that the DMK is one of the key members of the I N D I A alliance which is claiming to be an alternative to the pro-Hindu party BJP in the coming Parliament elections and putting the challenge to defeat Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Home Minister asked the alliance partners to spell out their stand on Stalin comments to eradicate Sanatana dharma. He alleged that Sanathana Dharma was insulted for vote bank and appeasement politics. Amit Shah, who started the Parivartan yatra in Rajasthan in the context of the elections, participated in an open rally in Dungarpur, Amit Shah expressed his displeasure over the Congress’s non-response to DMK Udayanidhi Stalin’s comments on Sanatana Dharma.
On Sunday, Tamil Nadu Youth Welfare Minister Udayanidhi Stalin made sensational comments that Sanatana Dharma is against equality and social justice and should be eradicated. Amit Shah asked why the Congress did not respond to this. Amit Shah described the I N D I A alliance as Gamandla Gat Bandhan. He criticized that the I N D I A alliance can go to any extent for vote bank politics. He said that the more one speaks against Sanatana dharma, the less it will be seen. (Hydnow)
