Hyderabad, Sept.27 (Hydnow): All opposition party leaders held Nationwide Bharat Bandh program protesting against the anti people policies of State and Central governments in Telangana today .
The all party leaders comprising TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy, CPM state secretary Tammineni Veerabadhramc CPI leader Aziz Pasha took part in the bandh program at Uppal bus depot. The workers of these parties also took part in the bandh program in large numbers.
Speaking on the occasion, Revanth Reddy said that the lives of the people of the State and the country had become miserable under the rule of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He reminded the people that CM KCR had initially extended his support to farmers’ movement but ignored it later.
He alleged that the attitude of the ruling party leaders changed after a meeting of CM KCR with PM Narendra Modi.
He said that the congress party had worked hard for the welfare of the farmers of the state and the country.
He said that the lives of the farmers of the country had become miserable after the introduction of the controversial farm laws by the central government.
He mocked that CM KCR was attending a feast with PM Modi instead of taking part in the bandh program.
CPM state secretary Veerabhadram asked the ruling TRS party leaders as to why they were not extending their support to the nationwide bandh.
He made it clear that the main objective of the bandh was not to trouble the people of the country but to solve their problems.
He alleged that the central government had given the opportunity to produce Covid vaccine to only two companies although 51 companies had the capacity to produce them.(Hydnow)
