Tirumala, Sept.29 (Hydnow): Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has said that the roof slab renovation works of the Alipiri footpath taken up to facilitate the devotees comfortable Yatra to Tirumala will be ready for use during annual Srivari Brahmotsavams in October.
The EO who inspected the footpath works on Wednesday morning along with Additional EO AV Dharma Reddy said the footpath walking will now provide a rich experience to all devotees with several added amenities.
He said TTD has taken up several development works on the footpath like greenery, sanitation, lighting etc. that will enhance the walkthrough journey a memorable experience to the pedestrian pilgrim.
He later directed the engineering officials to remove the debris of concrete material lying at several spots on the footpath immediately.
Earlier the TTD EO also inspected the development works at Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple to Namala gopuram on the footpath route and made valuable suggestions to officials.
