Hyderabad, Aug.10 (Hydnow): Nagarjuna Sagar dam is receiving inflows of water. The dam has received over 40,000 cusecs of water for the first time in the ongoing season. The inflows of water is likely to go up in the days to come.
The project is receiving water from the upstream Srisailam reservoir. The capacity of the project is 590. It now has 559.90 feet water. The inflows of the water into the project is 42,378 cusecs now. The storage capacity of the 312.405 tmc and the project now has 232.1418 tmc of water. (Hydnow)
