KTR Said TS Govt Is Moving Ahead With Several Development

Hyderabad, July 29 (Hydnow): Telangana IT and Municipal Minister K T Rama Rao today stated that Telangana Government is moving ahead with several development programs by remembering the prominent persons like late C Narayan Reddy of the state.

He heaped praise on late Narayan Reddy by stating that he was the first poet to become an MP from Telangana region.

Along with minister family members of Narayan Reddy, minister, V Srinivas Goud, Danam Nagender and others, the minister has laid foundation for construction of Saraswatha Sadan Auditorium at Banjara Hills here.

The minister promised to complete the auditorium at the earliest as it offers a platform for poets, artistes and literary progress in a big way. The government, he said, takes up several programs of development and welfare by remembering Narayan Reddy and his services to literary world and film industry as well.

The auditorium is coming up soon in the name of Narayan Reddy for his services as it paves a way for poets, artistes and literary activities the minister maintained. After performing Bhumi puja at the site, KTR stated that Saraswatha Sadan Auditorium will be constructed within short time and open for its scheduled activities. Siricilla Library bill be named after C Narayan Reddy, he announced.

The minister said that Narayan Reddy was a person comprising rare qualifications and qualities of talent, literary prowess and indomitable knowledge. He stated that Narayan Reddy was a great personality who rendered yeomen services to the country in literary and cinema fields.

Srinivas Goud said that they will take an initiative to ensure that C Narayan Reddy lie history is introduced in School curriculum. The government has released Rs 10 cr for construction of a an Indoor Stadium Goud said. The government is encouraging arts and artistes in the state, he added. (Hydnow)
