Amaravati, July 1 (Hydnow): Former Minister K. Atchannaidu was discharged from Guntur government hospital today. He has been under judicial custody ever since his arrest in the multi-crore ESI scam. The sleuths of ACB have taken him to Vijayawada sub jail after his discharge. Naidu is the accused no.2 in the ESI case.
The ACB court judge asked the police to take him to the Guntur Government hospital for treatment after observing his health condition. The ACB officials interrogated Naidu at the hospital for a period of three days. The doctors of the hospital have discharged him after his health condition improved. (Hydnow)
