Notorious Rowdy Sheeter Mohd Kaiser @ Chor Khaiser Arrested Police  

Hyderabad, Oct 26 (Hydnow): The sleuths of Habeeb Nagar Police, Asifnagar Division, South West Zone, Hyderabad arrested one notorious Rowdy Sheeter Mohd Kaiser @ Kaiser @ Chor Kaiser @ Pahelwan Kaiser @ Mallepally Khaiser s/o Mohd Nabi age 54 yrs occ Partner in Kohinoor Family Dhaba, Zaheerabad, Sangareddy r/o Yousufain Dargah, Nampally, Hyd who is involved in Extortion case in Cr No 295/2023 U/s 384, 506, 120-(b) IPC of PS Habeeb Nagar.

According to B.Balaswamy, Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West Zone, said on receipt of credible information on October 24 from a resident of Gudimalkapur, approached Mohd Kaiser to eliminate his rivals who were involved in the murder case of his own brother Vanarasi Raju in 2016 in Golconda Police Station limits.  The said Mohd Kaiser accepted the proposal for which Yadagiri sent the photographs of the rival individuals to Mohd Kaiser, who then demanded Rs 2 lakhs to carry out the task with his associates and collected the amount of Rs 2 Lakhs from Yadagiri at Al-Madina Hotel, Habeeb Nagar, Hyd.

But the said Mohd Kaiser failed to execute the task and postponed the same on the pretext of one
and other. Later Yadagiri requested Mohd Khaiser to return his money. Subsequently, Mohd
Kaiser started threatening Yadagiri to pay Rs 4 lakhs, stating that he would eliminate him if he
failed to comply. Due to fear, the said Yadagiri paid Rs 2 lakhs at Sun City and an additional Rs
1.5 Lakhs at Tabanda Hotel and recently, in 2021 and 2022, on continuing threats by Mohd
Khaiser over the phone, Yadagiri paid Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000, and Rs 15,000 at different intervals and
finally, he requested you to take the necessary action against Mohd Kaiser for his extortions, criminal
conspiracy to commit murder (Supari) and threatening.

His Modes operdi. is threatening innocent persons and extorting money from them on point of a knife, taking supari to commit murder, land grabbing, settlements, etc. The above said rowdy sheeter started his criminal activities with pocket picking and committing theft. Later in the year 1995, he assassinated one Afzal at Toddy compound, Goodshed, Nampally, Hyd, along with his friend Aqeel due to his personal grudge. After being released from jail on bail he formed a gang and started threatening innocent persons, involved in as many as 22 criminal cases, land grabbing, land settlements, etc, and earned around 100 crores illegally. Due to his criminal activities, Externment orders were issued in the year 2011. After completing a year experiment period, he returned to Hyderabad and again started his criminal activities, due to which he was detained under the P.D.Act in the year 2014 and lodged in Cherlapally Prisons.

The Rowdy sheeter Mohd Khaiser was apprehended and produced before the Court today i.e., on 26.10.2023 and he was sent to judicial remand presently he is lodged in Cherlapally Prisons.

An appeal to the general public not to fear the above said Rowdy Sheeter Mohd
Kaiser and lodge a complaint personally or anonymously through Hawkeye, or
Hyderabad City Police Whatapps for initiating necessary action against him as per law.

The arrest was made under the supervision of B.Balawamy,  Dy.Commissioner of
Police, South West Zone, Hyd, Mohd Ashfaq, Addl. Dy.Commissioner of Police, South West
Zone, Hyd and L.Raja Venkat Reddy, Asst.Commissioner of Police, Asifnagar Division,
