Hyderabad, Oct 9 (Hydnow): In view of the assembly election schedule released and the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) coming into force, the Hyderabad District Electoral Officer and GHMC Commissioner, Ronald Rose has informed that the MCC control room established at all 15 Returning Officers offices.

Speaking to press persons Ronald Rose said for the strict implementation of MCC 90 teams of flying squads are in operation, 6 teams were deployed in each Assembly Constituencies consisting of one Executive Magistrate, one Sr. Police Officer, 3 Armed Police, and one videographer to look into all complaints on model code of conduct violations, election expenditure of political parties and candidates, complains of intimidation, movement of anti-social elements, liquor, arms and a large sum of cash, etc.

15 video surveillance Teams are functional in all Assembly constituencies and they will be videographing all Major Political Rallies and public meetings.

Misuse of official vehicles, Government buildings, Guest Houses, and Government Officials machinery. Defacement of private places against the existing law and without the consent of the owner. No use of place of worship for election propaganda/funds/political activity, no exit poll be conducted/published during the period of election.

The Commissioner of Police C.V Anand and District Collector and Magistrate, Anudeep Durishetty said the ban has been imposed on carrying firearms and deposition of licensed arms immediately.

In a total of 15 constituencies, there are the total number of voters is 44,42,458 with which male voters are 22,79,617, female voters 21,62,541` and third gender 300, the Service voters 404, NRI voters 847, PWD voters 24,163, 80+ voters 83,588, EP Ratio 744, Gender Ratio 949 and age 18 to 19 young voters are 59,082. These voters will cast votes in 3,986 polling stations at 1,688 locations.

18 Integrated check posts across Hyderabad consisting of officials of RTA, Income Tax, ED, Excise, GST & Customs, Narcotics and police, vehicle tracking through GPS. Integrated teams were formed to monitor Cash movement. single Window permission system (for giving election-related permission/clearance within 24 hours has been created) to grant permissions to the political parties and candidates for the usage of non-commercial/remoter/uncontrolled airports/helipads, organizing of public meetings/rallies/processions use of loudspeaker.
