KTR for slip roads to ease traffic flow in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Metropolitan Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao coordinated Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to lay however many slip streets as could be allowed to ease traffic clog in the city.

The city company previously distinguished 55 streets for this and plans were being made as needs be. During a gathering with GHMC authorities here on Thursday, Rama Rao trained the city body to facilitate the works.

Of the 55 streets, Road Development Plans (RDPs) relating to 40 were prepared. Of these, to extends should be opened up by obtaining 90 properties.
